Customers may choose the length of the maintenance contract (AVS service)
of 1, 2 or 3 years. During this period the customer will receive all updates of
the Avast! virus database and upgrades to the avast! program for free,
automatically.
Volume discount pricing is available for all Avast! products. The total
price depends on the total number of licenses and the length of the maintenance
contract.
Discounts may be available - please note that customers can only apply for one
discount type. These discounts CANNOT be combined.
Discount types:

discount 0% -Normal customer: this is an ordinary customer who pays the normal
list price

discount 50% - Non profit organizations/Charities

discount 50% - Educational organization

discount 30% - Government institutions

discount 30% - Health care institutions (doctors, pharmacies).

discount 30% - Third party: renewal for customers who previously purchased from
another avast! reseller or the online shop at avast.com

discount 30% - Cross-upgrade: competitor displacement for licenses valid for at
least further 3 months

Renewals normal customer: these customers get a discount of 30%

Renewals non profit organizations, charities or schools: these customers get a
discount of 65%

Renewals government and health care institutions: these customers get a
discount of 51%

have purchased avast from us.
If you require assistance with avast and have purchased from someone else, you
will need to contact them for support.
If you have paid online and haven't received your license key via email you
should check your junk mail folders - if you use an application to download
your emails, you will also need to check your junk folders at your Internet
Service Provider.
